Customer Service is important to us and we are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us at info@suacococandleco.com to request an exchange or refund if you are not completely satisfied with your candle purchase. In your request, please include the reason for the exchange or refund. Request for exchange, return or refund must be made within 14 days after receipt of product.  Please note that not every order can be exchanged or returned for a refund. However, it is our goal that you are satisfied and that you enjoy every candle you purchase.
