What ingredients do you use?
Our container candles contain:
- Coconut soy wax blend that is clean burning, biodegradable, natural, vegan, nontoxic. This wax contains a small amount of food grade paraffin that enhances the performance of the wax.
- Cotton core wicks and wood wicks
- Fragrance oils that are clean, phthalate free, and candle safe.
What size candles do you offer and how long do they last?
We currently offer:
- 7 oz candles in mason jars with approximate burn time of 50 hours.
- 7 oz candles in amber jars with approximate burn time of 50 hours.
- 5 oz candles in metal tins with approximate burn time of 35 hours.
- 4 oz Mason Jar (travel size) with approximate burn time of 28 hours.
Candle Care: What can I do to ensure my candle continue to burn clean and safely?
We ask that you follow the warning label and care instructions provided with each candle. Candle care instructions are provided below.
- Always burn candles within sight; never leave a burning candle unattended.
- Burn candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from flammable objects.
- Keep burning candles away from children and pets.
- Trim the wick to 1/4" before lighting and each time it needs trimming. Improperly trimmed wicks can cause excessive flickering, smoke, and soot. A charred wick (the 'mushroom' top on cotton wicks) should be removed to prevent these issues and potential secondary ignition. Trimming the wick ensures a clean, safe burn.
- Avoid burning for more than 4 hours at a time.
- Stop burning when only 1/4" of wax remains in the container.
When will I receive my order?
Thank you for your order! Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to processed and an additional 5-7 business days to arrive. You will be notified when your order is shipped.
Where do you ship?
Currently we only ship within the United States of America.
What happens if my order shipment is lost or damaged?
If your shipment is lost or damaged, please contact us via our Contact Us page. If the product is damaged, we ask that you keep the original packaging materials, as they may be important for our investigation. The packaging and/or candle may need to be returned. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Can my candle vessel be repurposed?
Yes, empty candle vessels can be used as holders for household or office items.
In what instances can I return or exchange a candle?
Products can be returned or exchanged if defects are caused by manufacturing or shipping issues. Please contact us via our Contact Us page if you receive a defective item. We do not typically offer returns or exchanges based on personal fragrance preferences. To help avoid this, we recommend reviewing the product profiles and fragrance notes in each product description before making a purchase.
